Jesse is 16 years of age, and a resident of the Readyville community. She is very involved in community service. Her activities include being a part of the County Substance abuse coalition, as well as, serving as a health ambassador, which includes speaking at local schools about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and making good choices. Jesse is active in Beta and 4-H honors, public speaking and state congress. She is a varsity cheerleader at Oakland High School where she is beginning her Junior year. Jesse has maintained a 3.9 GPA and plans to attend the University of Alabama and major in political science. She then aspires to serve as a state representative.
The teen Miss Tennessee pageant was the pinnacle of many hours of preparation. Jesse enjoys volunteering and as a campaign leader, lectures in area schools about the importance of exercising the right to vote. She is a member of the Woodbury Lions Club . Jesse enjoys showing registered Boar goats, riding her 4 wheeler, and restoring classic cars with her grandpa.. She has volunteered for Hurricane relief missions, and is an active supporter of the local volunteer fire departments.. In a recent interview, Jesse stated, "To do something worthwhile, you can't stand still, you must jump in to make a difference!" Jesse is the daughter of the late Willie Vaughn and Chandra Tucker Vaughn, and the granddaughter of Randy and Pam Morton of Readyville, Tennessee.

Henry E. Seaton is a graduate of Duke University (A.B. ’70) and Vanderbilt School of Law (J.D. ’70). He has practiced law for over 30 years in the Washington D.C. area representing motor carriers and brokers. He is a member of the Vienna, Virginia based law firm of Seaton & Husk, L.P. The firm specializes in freight claims, freight charge collection, contracting issues, carrier representation before the FMCSA and bankruptcy issues.
He serves as counsel for the National Association of Small Trucking Companies, the Air & Expedited Motor Carriers Association, The Expedite Alliance of North America, the Tennessee Motor Coach Association, the American Home Furnishings Alliance and the Auto Haulers Association of America.
Mr. Seaton is a member of the Conference of Freight Counsel. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Transportation Lawyers Association Federal Regulatory Practice Committee and is a frequent speaker and lecturer regarding cargo claims, freight charges, contracting and risk/insurance issues affecting carriers and brokers.
Mr. Seaton serves on the Editorial Board for the Airforwarders Association Quarterly Magazine, and recently published a book entitled Rules of the Road: A Practical Guide to Legal Issues in Truck Transportation (2016) which is available for purchase at www.transportationlaw.net.

Career officer in the Directorate of Operations of the Central Intelligence Agency, serving mostly overseas in clandestine operations. Served as Chief of Counterintelligence at CIA Headquarters in Langley, Virginia. Overseas assignments in the U.S.S.R., Austria, and Mexico. Foreign languages: French, German, Russian, and Spanish.
Recipient of the Intelligence Medal of Merit, the Distinguished Career Intelligence Medal, the Counterintelligence Excellence Medal, the Donovan Award, and several distinguished achievement awards. Awarded the Silver Star Award at the Bush School for excellence in teaching.
Assigned by the CIA to the George Bush School of Government and Public Service in College Station, Texas, as an officer-in-residence in December 1997. Teaching courses on intelligence, counterintelligence, and national security. Frequent guest lecturer at other courses, conferences, and symposia. Appointed a permanent faculty member of the Bush School in August 2000. Now serving as a Professor of the Practice.
